This is a video about our collaboration with Pride Africa's Drumnet project. Drumnet sources the farmers and persuades them to change their crop to sunflower, by providing them with a guaranteed buyer in Bidco. Drumnet also ensures the quality of seeds provided by collaborating with an internationally recognised input supplier, Agmark. All finance is coordinated via SMS with Kenya's largest rural bank, Equity. The project has been made possible by support from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
